Introduction

As a key player in ensuring product quality, you will execute and improve test processes, collaborate with engineering and QA leads, and support the delivery of high-quality features. This role is designed for individuals who can operate independently, contribute to test strategy, and take ownership of execution within defined scopes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in software quality assurance or a related field
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• Experience writing and executing test cases and test plans
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
• Prior work experience at client or in client's industry

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with dashboarding tools and quality metrics
• Familiarity with Python, JavaScript, SQL
• Comfortable working onsite and engaging directly with cross-functional teams

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Execute manual and automated test cases for new and existing features
• Reproduce, document, and triage bugs; work closely with engineering to drive resolution
• Write and maintain clear, comprehensive test cases and test plans
• Support QA leads in driving test strategy and test plan creation
• Create and maintain dashboards to track quality metrics and test progress
• Conduct product and bug audits with QA leads' guidance
• Provide release readiness support for medium/small size features
• Lead test execution for small to medium-sized projects or features
• Attend status meetings and represent QA in the absence of QA leads
• Support stealth projects requiring a higher level of diligence in execution
