Installation Manager: Blissful Baths
Blissful Baths is seeking an experienced Installation Manager to lead our bathroom remodeling installation team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in residential construction, remodeling, or home improvement management and excels at scheduling, quality control, team leadership, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing installation crews and subcontractors, scheduling projects and ensuring timely completion, conducting quality inspections, resolving installation and customer concerns, recruiting and developing installers, and driving production goals and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of construction or remodeling management experience
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Customer-focused mindset
