Description of Work The Clinical Social Worker is responsible for facilitating therapeutic group sessions within the Hope and Wellness Center treatment mall program. The Clinical Social Worker develops and implements group-based interventions utilizing evidenced-based modalities and techniques. This position must exercise clinical judgement to continually assess the needs of group participants, monitor group dynamics and adapt interventions as needed to target various treatment goals. This position monitors and documents on participants' responses, performance, and progress towards goals outlined in the comprehensive treatment plan. This position may also serve on a variety of Hope and Wellness Center and/or hospital wide committees and workgroups. Knowledge Skills and Abilities/Management Preferences Job Description: (KSA/ MANAGEMENT PREFERENES) Salary Range: $52,592 - $92,036.00 A Sign-on bonus of $5,000.00 may be offered to the successful applicants(s) of this posting, contingent on the 2025-2026 Budget Approval.
