Overview We are seeking an experienced Commercial Framing Project Manager to oversee and coordinate framing projects from pre-construction through completion. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality and safety standards. Base pay range $110,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr Responsibilities Prepare and monitor project budgets, including labor and materials. Coordinate with general contractors, architects, suppliers, and internal crews. Read and interpret construction drawings, specs, and contracts. Manage commercial wood and/or metal framing projects from start to finish. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in commercial framing (wood or metal), with 2+ years in a management or supervisory role. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
