AI Evaluation Associate

AI Evaluation Specialists assess and rate outputs from large language models to improve model performance, working remotely on short-term projects that draw on your academic knowledge and attention to detail. This role is open to current students and recent graduates from any discipline.

• Work independently on short-term AI training projects that require evaluating model responses and providing accurate, detailed feedback.
• Follow written instructions and project guidelines precisely to ensure consistent, high-quality annotations.
• Complete a brief training course and a single assessment before beginning paid tasks.
• Collaborate asynchronously with AI research teams by submitting evaluations and suggested corrections when requested.
• Maintain concentration and accuracy while performing repetitive review tasks.

• Current students pursuing an Associate, Bachelor, or Master degree, or individuals who already hold these degrees.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to follow specific, written instructions.
• Comfortable working primarily asynchronously and remotely.
• Confident in your reasoning and problem solving skills, and able to apply academic knowledge to evaluate AI outputs.
• No prior AI or machine learning experience required; all majors and disciplines are welcome.

• Part-time, remote engagement on short-term projects.
• No minimum hourly commitment required per project.
• Work independently and on flexible schedules within project deadlines.
• Brief training and a single assessment are required before starting paid work.
• Successful performance on initial projects may make you eligible for additional project opportunities in the future.

Up to $17/hr (depending on the project).

• Open to Associate, Bachelor, and Master students, and to applicants who already hold these degrees.
• All academic disciplines and majors may apply.
• Progression to more projects depends on successful completion and quality of prior work.

• Create an account on the engagement portal and complete the identity verification step.
• Select relevant projects and complete the provided onboarding and brief training materials.
• Pass the required assessment for each project to begin submitting paid evaluations.
• Begin performing tasks, submit evaluations as instructed, and receive compensation per project.
