ParaView Specialist for AI Research

ParaView specialists apply hands-on experience with scientific visualization, fluid dynamics simulation, and large dataset analysis to evaluate AI-generated outputs and provide targeted feedback that improves AI understanding of computational science tasks and high performance computing workflows. This is contract, project-based, hourly work rather than a traditional full-time role.

• Use ParaView and related visualization tools to review and assess AI-generated visualizations, analyses, and workflow suggestions.
• Evaluate large-scale simulation outputs and LLM responses for technical accuracy, relevance, and fidelity to domain conventions.
• Develop and refine domain-specific prompts and test cases to probe AI performance on computational science tasks.
• Provide clear, actionable feedback to AI research teams to help improve model outputs for HPC and simulation workflows.
• Work independently on asynchronous tasks across different projects and scientific domains as needed.

• Minimum 1+ year of professional experience using ParaView.
• Hands-on experience with scientific visualization, fluid dynamics simulation, or analysis of large datasets.
• Familiarity with other related technical tools used in simulation, visualization, or HPC workflows.
• Ability to work asynchronously and communicate clearly with distributed AI research teams.

• Remote, asynchronous, part-time, hourly contract work, perform tasks independently from any location.
• Flexible hours with no minimum commitment to weekly hours.
• Placement onto specific projects depends on project availability and matching between your skills and project needs.

• Paid hourly, Up to $125/hr (depending on the project).

• F-1 students who are eligible for CPT or OPT may qualify for project work, but you must confirm eligibility with your Designated School Official. If your school requires enrollment in a CPT course, this project-based program may not satisfy that requirement.
• STEM OPT is not supported.

• Join or apply to relevant projects and complete any project-specific onboarding steps.
• Begin assigned tasks and receive hourly pay for completed work.
