What You'll Do

Work with a professional crew installing, repairing, and maintaining  commercial low-slope and industrial roofing systems.  You'll use roofing tools and equipment, handle materials, set up fall protection, and help complete jobs safely and efficiently.

What We're Looking For

• Hardworking, dependable, and  safety-minded
• Commercial roofing or related construction experience
• Willing to work overtime when needed
• Able to travel and stay out of town for 3–4 weeks at a time
• Comfortable working outdoors and at heights
• Knowledge of roofing materials, tools, and installation practices
• Valid driver's license for company-driving positions
• Able to pass required background check and pre-employment drug screening
• Eligible to work in the United States

 

Physical Requirements

This is hands-on, physical work. You must be able to:

• Regularly lift and move 50–100 lbs.
• Climb ladders up to 40 feet
• Bend, kneel, stand, and work for extended periods
• Work outdoors in  hot, cold, and changing weather conditions
• Load, unload, and move roofing materials and equipment
