Studio Manager (General Manager)

StretchLab Queens is hiring a studio manager who wants clear expectations, strong leadership support, and real performance upside — not a sit-back retail job.

Position: Studio Manager (General Manager)

Location: Austin Street, Queens

Base: $26/hour + strong monthly bonus opportunity

Full-time- 40 hours + overtime eligible

Top performers regularly exceed $70K+.

What You'll Own

Lead the Studio Business

Drive membership sales and retention
Manage daily operations and staffing
Execute local marketing and outreach

Build a Strong Team

Coach Sales Associates and Flexologists
Set expectations and track performance
Develop future leaders

Run the Numbers

Monitor KPIs and revenue goals
Identify issues early and act quickly
Keep the studio on track week-to-week

What We're Looking For

Experience in sales, retail, fitness, hospitality, or membership business

Comfortable being accountable for measurable goals

Strong organization and follow-through

Confident leading conversations and coaching staff

High-ownership mindset

This Role Is NOT Ideal For Someone Who Wants

Minimal performance tracking

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $26/hour +overtime eligible
