We are working with a leading federal contractor dedicated to supporting nationwide law enforcement initiatives that dismantle criminal organizations by seizing illicit assets and disrupting their infrastructure. This organization plays a crucial role in enhancing national security and justice.
The Role
- Gathers, organizes, and analyzes information from diverse sources
- Ensures data completeness and reconciles inconsistencies
- Accurately enters data into various databases, documents, and spreadsheets
- Establishes and maintains physical files and tracks case statuses for deadline compliance
- Coordinates requests for additional information as needed
- Prepares accurate documents, reports, and summaries from a variety of sources
What You'll Need
- High School diploma or GED; undergraduate degree preferred
- Ability to understand the organization and functions of the customer
- Meticulous data entry skills and strong organizational abilities
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and common software applications
- One year of experience in asset forfeiture or law enforcement related fields preferred
