HR Business Analyst

The HR Business Analyst is responsible for partnering with Human Resources, IT, and business stakeholders to improve HR processes, systems, and reporting. This role gathers business requirements, analyzes workflows, supports HR technology initiatives, and helps implement solutions that improve efficiency, compliance, and employee experience. The HR Business Analyst serves as a bridge between HR and technology teams, ensuring business needs are translated into effective system configurations and process improvements. Contract to hire Hybrid Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
