We are looking for our next Human Capital Business Partner (Marketing, Sales & External Communication)
Location: San Antonio, Texas
About the role:
The HRBP aligns people strategies with business objectives by partnering with Marketing, Sales, and External Communication leaders to drive organizational effectiveness, talent development, employee engagement, and a high-performance culture aligned with NatureSweet’s philosophy as a groundbreaking leader in our industry.
What You'll Do:
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, and External Communication leaders to align HC strategies with business priorities
- Lead the full associate lifecycle, from recruitment through separation processes
- Support performance management, compensation planning, engagement, and development initiatives
- Provide guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and team effectiveness
- Lead change management and culture initiatives that support organizational transformation
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies across U.S. operations
- Manage the U.S. recruitment process (excluding Bonita positions)
- Coordinate communication initiatives and support social responsibility tracking efforts
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience across Human Capital processes, including U.S. labor law compliance and employee relations.
- Experience developing and implementing culture strategies within transnational organizations is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. and Texas employment laws (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEOC, HIPAA, etc.)
- Experience in recruiting, talent management, and employee relations
- Knowledge of assessment tools and leadership development practices
- Strong coaching, communication, and conflict management skills
- Ability to operate strategically while executing operational priorities
- English required
