Criminal Prosecution Attorney — Misdemeanors

Los Angeles City Attorney's Office is seeking Deputy City Attorneys to prosecute misdemeanor offenses in the Criminal Branch. You will review referrals, file charges, negotiate dispositions, and present in arraignment and trial settings across multiple courthouses. Responsibilities include handling discovery, presenting evidence, and advising on sentencing, with opportunities to work in units such as DUID and mental health.
