In this role, you'll serve as a trusted HR partner, supporting employees and leaders across multiple locations while helping deliver exceptional HR programs and services. What You'll Do

Employee Support & Relations

• Serve as the first point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related questions and concerns.
• Support employee relations matters through coaching, documentation, follow-up, and resolution.
• Partner with leaders to address performance and behavioral concerns while ensuring consistency and compliance.
• Conduct stay interviews and exit interviews and identify trends that strengthen employee retention.

Benefits & Leave Administration

• Lead new hire benefits orientations and assist employees with benefit questions.
• Process benefit enrollments, life event changes, and terminations.
• Support benefits invoice reconciliation and vendor issue resolution.
• Coordinate COBRA administration and employee communications.
• Administer and track FMLA, Paid Family Leave, Disability, Short-Term Disability, Personal Leaves, and workplace accommodations.
• Guide employees and managers through leave processes while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and policies.

HR Operations, Compliance & Reporting

• Maintain HRIS data accuracy and support audits, reporting, and process improvements.
• Generate HR reports and analyze workforce metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Monitor attendance, timekeeping, and policy compliance patterns.
• Review and support corrective action documentation to ensure consistency and best practices.
• Partner with Paycom support to troubleshoot eligibility, transmission, and system-related issues.
• Assist with performance review cycles, manager follow-up, and HR record maintenance.

Talent & Organizational Support

• Support recruiting and onboarding initiatives as needed.
• Assist with HR training and development programs.
• Collaborate closely with HR leadership to enhance employee experience, engagement, and retention strategies.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of progressive HR experience in a Human Resources Generalist or similar role.
• Experience working within an HRIS platform.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting benefits administration.
• Experience administering employee leaves and accommodations.
• Experience analyzing HR metrics and workforce trends.
• Familiarity with Paycom or similar HRIS/payroll platforms.

Schedule: Primarily Monday-Friday, with occasional weekend support as business needs require.
