Next Level Staffing is currently recruiting a Chemical Blender/Warehouse/Forklift associate for a client located in Delafield.

Hours: 7:30am-4:00pm

Summer Hours: 7:00 – 4:30 p.m. Monday to Thursday.  8:00 a.m. to noon Fridays

Our small business manufactures a variety of products used in most manufacturing operations, such as coolants, cleaners, rust inhibitors, and lubricants.

Job Summary
We are seeking a responsible and reliable Blender to join our team. The Blender will be responsible for mixing and blending various materials according to specific formulas to produce high-quality products.

Responsibilities

• Operate blending equipment to mix raw materials accurately pursuant to blending instruction and schedule
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure product consistency
• Monitor blending processes and make adjustments as directed by lab
• Assist with preventative maintenance on equipment
• Help with inventory control and cycle counts
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the blending area
• Document production data and material usage accurately

Experience

• Experience in materials handling and packaging is preferred
• Ability to operate a forklift safely and efficiently, with a minimum of one year of experience required
• Two years working in warehouse or manufacturing environment required

Qualifications

• Ability to routinely lift and move at least 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
• Mechanical aptitude
• Must be able to don and wear all required Personal Protective Equipment
• Good communication and professional demeanor
• The ability to pay attention to detail and multitask
• Able to work well with others and have a positive teamwork mentality
• Solid job history with good attendance
