Summary The Stock Supervisor oversees all back-of-house operations to ensure inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, and adherence to brand standards. This role supports the Sales and Management teams on the sales floor while partnering closely with Store Leadership and the Operations Team. The Stock Supervisor leads cycle counts, shipping and receiving, repairs coordination, and inventory audits to maintain seamless boutique operations. Responsibilities Oversee organization, functionality, and operational flow of the stockroom and sales floor in line with brand standards Manage shipping and receiving, processing deliveries, internal transfers, client orders, and eCommerce shipments Monitor and execute internal product transfers and client order fulfillment Coordinate the boutique repairs process and act as liaison with repair centers and clients Plan and execute weekly cycle counts and lead investigations into variances Prepare for and support annual inventory across stockroom and sales floor Execute opening and closing procedures, including register management, cash handling, and daily reporting Oversee boutique supply ordering and support sales floor coverage as needed Requirements Retail operations experience required; luxury retail experience strongly preferred Proven experience with shipping and receiving systems, inventory management, audits, and cycle counts Strong working knowledge of Excel and comfort with operational reports and inventory dataProactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong ownership and accountability Ability to work independently and partner effectively with Store Leadership and cross-functional teams Capable of prioritizing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment and lifting up to 50 pounds #J-18808-Ljbffr brobstongroup.com - Jobboard
