Overview A nationally recognized outpatient behavioral health organization is seeking Board-Certified Psychiatrists (Adult or Child & Adolescent) to join its growing team across multiple clinic locations. Psychiatrist – Adult or Child & Adolescent Psychiatry Multiple locations available Outpatient-focused, evaluation-driven practice Role Overview Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management Conduct in-depth initial assessments incorporating clinical interviews, labs, and imaging data Develop personalized, evidence-informed treatment plans Work within a collaborative, multidisciplinary care model Maintain high standards of patient-centered care across a diverse population Patient Volume & Structure Patient Volume & Structure Initial evaluations: Approximately 2-hour scheduled appointments ~90 minutes face-to-face patient time (remaining time for preparation and documentation) Daily patient volume varies based on provider preference and schedule design: Early ramp: 1–3 new patients per day Established schedule: mix of 1–2 new evaluations and 4–8 follow-ups Flexible scheduling models: Dedicated evaluation days (up to 3 new patients/day) Follow-up focused days (10–16 patients/day, 30-minute visits) Physicians are supported in customizing schedules based on their preferred workflow and clinic needs Schedule & Flexibility Flexible, outpatient-focused schedule Collaborative scheduling approach tailored to physician preferences Opportunity to maintain an existing part-time private practice (4–8 hours/week), provided no conflict of interest Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation package (details based on experience and location) Relocation assistance available up to $7,500 (based on distance and receipts) Opportunity to work in a well-established, nationally recognized practice Supportive infrastructure allowing focus on patient care and clinical excellence Qualifications Board-Certified in General Psychiatry or Child & Adolescent Psychiatry Active medical license (or ability to obtain in the practicing state) Strong clinical skills with interest in comprehensive, evaluation-driven care Comfortable with extended patient interactions and detailed diagnostic processes Collaborative, patient-centered approach to care Interest in working within an innovative and structured clinical model #J-18808-Ljbffr Glynn & Associates, llc
