Quality Assurance Lead, US Remote Based

Fortrea seeks a Quality Assurance Lead to support clinical research operations from a remote US location. The role involves managing quality issues, driving corrective actions, analyzing trends, and partnering with operational teams to strengthen quality processes and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Guide operational teams on quality issue management, risk identification, and escalation
- Facilitate progression and resolution of quality issues within the QMS
- Collaborate with functional teams to develop and monitor CAPAs
- Analyze quality metrics and trends to identify systemic concerns and improvement opportunities
- Support preparation of quality summaries and communications for stakeholders and clients
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in regulatory environment with GxP roles
- Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems and CAPA processes
- Understanding of GCP and GxP requirements
- Ability to communicate quality issue details internally and to clients
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or equivalent life science experience
- Authorization to work in United States without sponsorship
Compensation: $70,000-$125,000 USD base
