Leave curated voicemails and follow up with prospective clients. Qualify business owners and capital-group prospects. Schedule appointments with qualified prospects. Build and maintain long-term relationships through consistent follow-up. Escalate qualified opportunities to Account Executives or senior team members. Maintain accurate records of activities and lead status using Salesforce. Utilize omnichannel lead-generation and tracking systems to manage prospect engagement. Qualifications: Previous experience as a Sales Development Representative, Appointment Setter, or similar outbound sales role. Experience using Salesforce. Experience with Dialpad or power/parallel dialing systems. Experience working with omnichannel lead-generation and tracking systems. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Neutral English accent (voice sample required). Strong prospecting, qualification, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
