Security Architect - Exposure Management

Salary: $80,000 - 104,000 per year Requirements:

• We require a bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
• We prefer at least 15 years of experience across multiple technology domains, including 3 years or more directly in information security.
• We require 3 years or more of relevant architecture experience spanning on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.
• We need deep subject matter expertise in infrastructure, systems management, cloud platforms, and security technologies.
• We expect experience designing IT architecture solutions aligned with business strategy and security goals.
• We value experience creating secure designs for vulnerability, configuration, posture management, penetration testing, and security assessments.
• We expect knowledge of cloud security standards, guardrails, configuration baselines, and governance for cloud and hybrid environments.
• We need the ability to analyze requirements, security risks, feasibility, costs, benefits, and functional needs.
• We expect experience performing root cause analysis with industry-standard tools to identify systemic issues and corrective actions.
• We value technical leadership experience across systems, processes, and dependent technologies.
• We expect the ability to define KPIs, dashboards, and reporting for risk exposure, remediation, compliance, and security posture.
• We value a strong focus on automation and tool integration to improve visibility, prioritization, remediation, and reporting.
• We need experience leading cross-functional teams in vulnerability prioritization, remediation, assessments, and continuous improvement.
• We expect partnership experience with application, infrastructure, cloud, and risk teams to establish ownership and remediation accountability.
• We value the ability to evaluate security tools and emerging technologies for risk, scalability, integration, and business value.
• We expect experience building team capability through technical leadership, training, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.

• We maintain expertise to support broad exposure detection, mitigation, and remediation efforts.
• We stay current on security threats and vulnerabilities, including how threat actors can exploit exposures within an attack path.
• We use vulnerability, configuration, and posture scanning tools, penetration tests, and third-party assessments to uncover potential exposure points across our enterprise environment.
