The Project Manager/Restoration Operation will oversee medium-sized teams of 6 to 15 members, managing both residential and commercial restoration projects. This role requires frequent travel, approximately 25-50%, and occasional client interaction. The manager will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards while coordinating restoration operations effectively.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize restoration projects from inception to completion
• Manage project budgets and ensure financial efficiency
• Monitor progress and performance of team members and project milestones
• Implement quality assurance processes to maintain high standards
• Coordinate and oversee restoration operations for residential and commercial sites
