Job Summary:

The Front Desk Coordinator will support administrative and organizational tasks, while providing Legendary Hospitality for employees and visitors to Xanterra's corporate office. This role will be a temporary placement with an estimated duration of 6 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet visitors and employees
• Answer and direct phone calls on various lines
• Initiate and/or respond to office emergency action plan regarding fire safety, safety & security, and other office emergencies
• Manage the in-office mail room daily
• Manage inventory of office supplies
• Maintain the cleanliness of assigned work areas
• Assist with set up and support of conference rooms as directed
• Provide Legendary Hospitality to visitors and staff
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of general office procedures
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality about all aspects of job
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to sit for long periods of time
• Ability to lift boxes of materials weighing ~30 pounds
• Ability to walk, reach, stand, as necessary
• Assigned hours of 8am-5pm with a (1) hour lunch break and (2) ten-minute breaks every (4) hours

Compensation:

$18.00 - $21.00 hourly based on experience
