Senior Business Operations ManagerOdyssey Systems has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Business Operations Manager providing support to the NC3 Contract, specifically the Strategic Terminals Division, FABT FET Program Office. The AFNWC/NC3 Integration Directorate is headquartered at Hanscom Air Force Base, MA.This is a full-time position located at Hanscom Air Force Base, Bedford, MA.ResponsibilitiesIn this Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) role, you will provide expert-level support to Department of Defense (DoD) programs by assisting government leadership with decision-making, planning, and execution throughout the acquisition lifecycle. You will apply your technical and/or professional expertise to ensure compliance with applicable policies and regulations, contribute to mission success, and help deliver critical capabilities to the warfighter.Duties Include But Not Limited To:Rapidly assimilate information, communicate effectively, and remain organized to monitor progress against taskings and initiativesApply knowledge of systems acquisition and program management principles and practices as defined in DoDI 5000.2Utilize understanding of DoD and Air Force organizational roles and relationships to support strategic and tactical program planning (short-, mid-, and long-term)Perform program integration activities including development, tracking, and updating of integrated roadmaps and schedules across a large, multi-program portfolioWork proactively with minimal supervision while producing high-quality acquisition and program documentation, including briefings, plans, and reportsTrack portfolio expenditures and support spend plan development using business management expertiseBuild documentation to support financial requirements processes and documentationApply process improvement expertise to inform business operations, manpower planning, human relations, and internal resource utilizationDraft documents for leadership review, approval, and signatureCoordinate, document, monitor, and support meetings and conferencesProvide additional administrative support and tasks as assigned by the GovernmentQualificationsCitizenship: Must be a US citizenMinimum Required QualificationsClearance: Must have and be able to maintain an active Secret clearance.Education: BA/BS DegreeExperience: 7 - 10 years of relevant work experiencePreferred QualificationsEducation: MA/MS DegreeExperience: 10+ years working in DoD/DoW/Air Force environmentsExperience supporting Senior Air Force Leaders in a front office group environmentWorking knowledge of Air Force Acquisition Program Management Office constructs and organizational structureAbility to supervise and direct junior staff membersStrong customer service mindset and professional attitudeStrong familiarity with the NC3 mission, duties, and organizational structureLocation: Hanscom AFB, MA (Bedford, MA)Travel: 10%Remote, Onsite, or Hybrid: OnsiteCompany OverviewOdyssey is a world-class technical, engineering, and integration company serving the warfighting ecosystem with airborne integration, ISR, C2, and warfighter readiness capabilities.
