The Front Desk/Office Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within a small dental practice. Reporting directly to dentists and practice owners, this position manages patient scheduling, processes payments, handles patient communication, and oversees office coordination. Experience with dental office software (preferably Eaglesoft) and a focus on insurance and billing interactions are important to succeed in this role.
