Sr. Contracts Administrator

Ideal candidate has a legal background or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Legal Studies, Information Technology, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in contract management, specifically within IT, SaaS, or vendor management environments. Seeking a Contract Manager to manage technology-enabled contracting functions for a retail organization. This role focuses on enabling efficient, compliant contract lifecycle management for the IT department. Key Responsibilities Create, analyze, and negotiate complex IT contracts, including MSAs (Master Service Agreements), NDAs (Non-Disclosure Agreements), and SLAS (Service Level Agreements). SAP Ariba Contract Management, Buying & Invoicing Collaborate with Legal, IT, Finance, and Procurement to align systems with operational needs Enhance contract visibility, consistency, and risk management across the organization Manage request intake and workflow tracking via Jira Drive process improvements to increase efficiency, compliance, and scalability Required Skills and Experience Risk Mitigation & Process Improvement SAP Ariba & Jira Workflow & Demand Management Tools This is a contract role through Jan 15, 2027 with possibility of extensions.
