What We’re Looking For You are friendly and personable, you love working with patients and want to be sure that everyone is genuinely happy when they walk out of the door You deliver a great customer experience You hold yourself to a high bar and are detail-oriented You have a growth mindset, are a self-starter, and a team player who likes to solve problems Prior dental experience and working with Patterson Eaglesoft Software is a plus What You’ll Be Doing You're at the heart of all that we do You will be one of the first impressions with patients, interacting with them before they meet the dentist. Handling all front desk receptionist duties including but not limited to the following: Patient check in and check out, answering inbound calls, appointment scheduling, collecting patient co-pays, presenting treatment plans and much more.
