Executive Area Innovation Manager - GI Genius Sales, Endoscopy (GA/SC/North Florida)

Medtronic seeks an Executive Area Innovation Manager to drive adoption of its AI-powered GI Genius platform across enterprise health systems in Georgia, South Carolina, and North Florida. This field-based commercial leadership role requires building executive relationships, leading complex sales cycles, and serving as a subject matter expert in AI-enabled endoscopy solutions.
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales objectives by driving enterprise-level adoption and utilization of Medtronic AI and software-based GI platforms
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles across MSOs, IDNs, hospitals, and ASC networks including executive negotiations
- Deliver clinical product demonstrations, physician education, and on-site adoption support to ensure sustained utilization
- Develop territory-level growth strategies to expand installed base penetration and customer lifetime value
- Transfer product, selling, and adoption best practices to broader sales organization to drive scalable impact
Requirements
- 10+ years sales/clinical experience with high school diploma, or 8+ years with associate degree, or 6+ years with bachelor degree
- Demonstrated commercial leadership presence with ability to influence executive stakeholders
- Deep expertise in artificial intelligence trends, healthcare technology, and Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) solutions
- Mastery of clinical evidence, disease pathways, and real-world medical device performance data
- Strong CRM, pipeline management, and forecasting skills with disciplined administrative execution
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel up to 75% within assigned territory
