Department: 2 Location: Chelsea, MA Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Order Builder / Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. This role is responsible for picking, building, and staging customer orders while maintaining accuracy, productivity, and safety standards in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Operate forklifts, Pallet Jack and warehouse equipment safely Pick, build, and stage customer orders Verify product quantities, labels, and conditions Load and unload trucks as needed Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety procedures and company policies Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals Qualifications Previous forklift and warehouse experience preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic math and reading skills Reliable attendance and punctuality Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting Comfortable working in a warehouse environment #J-18808-Ljbffr LaborNow of Massachusetts
