Position Overview AWACS Field Service Representative/Mid‑Level System Administrator – Defense – Saudi Arabia Company: Boeing Aerospace Operations – Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking an AWACS Field Service Representative/Mid‑Level System Administrator to provide technical support to the Royal Saudi Air Force AWACS Modernization Program (RAMP) at Prince Sultan Air Base, Saudi Arabia. Responsibilities Resolve technical issues with mission and ground systems and support equipment. Perform system integration, hardware and software installation, configuration, and disposition of servers and workstations to support the architecture. Administer users’ system access and work to protect information to meet security requirements. Monitor system performance to support capacity planning, backup and disaster recovery planning. Required Qualifications Current U.S. passport. 3+ years’ experience installing, troubleshooting, configuring, and administering Windows OS (Windows10 and later). Experience managing or working in a closed area/SCIF. Experience delivering priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Willingness to deploy/travel to a variety of locations on short notice and for varying durations. Willingness to relocate to a variety of locations on short notice. Preferred Qualifications Experience using Boeing web‑based Information Systems such as My Boeing Fleet, VECTOR, REDARS, and PSDS. Experience teaching peers in a non‑classroom setting. Previous military experience or extensive familiarity with military operation and maintenance procedures. Knowledge of local customs and practices. 3+ years’ experience implementing, troubleshooting, administering software in a Windows desktop environment. 3+ years’ experience providing basic network support and installing, troubleshooting, and configuring network devices such as switches, printers, and NAS devices. 3+ years’ experience with Microsoft Office suite. CompTIA Network+ and/or Security+ certification. Work Hours & Travel Working hours nominally 5‑days a week (Sunday‑Thursday), 8 hours per day. Flexible hours required, including on‑call 24/7 as needed. Approved lodging is approximately 90‑120 minutes from Prince Sultan Air Base; commuting times reimbursed up to two hours each way, daily. Deployment travel within Saudi Arabia anticipated. Long‑term assignment up to 3 years. Relocation & Benefits Relocation and assignment benefits to the international location will be provided. Pay range: $79,900 – $108,100.
