About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the next chapter of its mission to build a highly profitable, growing golf company. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding the growth engine, driving profitable growth, and expanding the product line. This role demands a golf-obsessed leader with a deep understanding of golf culture, a proven track record in hands-on growth, and experience in growing a direct-to-consumer brand. The CEO will be expected to own the business end-to-end, including the P&L, product, growth, and team, and to make strategic and operational decisions that align with the company's goal of generating $10 billion in liquid enterprise value over the next 10 years. Key responsibilities for the CEO include owning the strategy and execution of paid media, creative, email, and partnerships, as well as building an owned audience and converting it into customers. The ideal candidate will have a founder mentality, be AI-native by default, and have a strong background in team leadership. The role is highly dynamic, with a focus on both strategy and execution, and requires a leader who can move fast, solve problems with limited resources, and is dedicated to the success of the business. The first 90 days will involve a comprehensive onboarding process, setting and executing a plan, and demonstrating measurable progress toward profitability. The position is fully remote, full-time, and offers a significant equity stake as part of the compensation package.
