About the Role
We’re seeking a Jr. Account Manager to support key client relationships and internal sales teams in a fast-paced environment. This is a role with strong growth potential and the opportunity to transition to a hybrid schedule after onboarding.
What You’ll Do
- Manage day-to-day communication with assigned customer accounts
- Resolve issues related to orders, pricing, and delivery
- Support sales teams and identify opportunities for growth
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain accurate data in CRM and ERP systems
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ year of customer service or account management experience
- Experience with CRM/ERP systems
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
