Project Manager (Commercial) – Oakland, CA

Elite Executive Solutions is conducting a confidential search for an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial electrical construction projects throughout the Bay Area.

This opportunity is ideal for a collaborative leader with a passion for delivering complex projects while maintaining exceptional client relationships, financial performance, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Manage commercial electrical construction projects from preconstruction through project completion.
Develop project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and cost controls.
Coordinate field operations, subcontractors, vendors, and project resources.
Review contracts, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
Monitor financial performance and ensure project profitability.
Build strong relationships with owners, general contractors, architects, and engineers.
Identify project risks and develop proactive solutions.
Mentor junior project staff and promote operational excellence.

Qualifications

5+ years of commercial electrical construction project management experience.
Experience delivering medium to large commercial projects.
Strong financial management and scheduling experience.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Ability to lead multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional client satisfaction.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $150,000–$180,000
