Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) | $5,000 Dollar Sign-on Bonus

Job Overview Flexible schedules. Pediatrics opening in Spring, Texas. Pediatric Healthcare Connection is looking for an experienced RN or LVN to work with a high‑acuity patient in the Conroe area—a one‑year‑old trach and vent patient. The ideal candidate must be comfortable adapting to changes in patient status. Compensation & Benefits Sign‑on bonus: $5,000 for all new full‑time employees. Competitive pay ranging from $23‑$40 per hour (including overtime). Responsibilities Provide one‑to‑one nursing care in a home environment. Administer medication per physician orders. Perform physician‑ordered treatments such as nutrition via feeding tube, tracheostomy care, suctioning (nasal, oral, endotracheal), ventilation care, and seizure assessment and treatment. Qualifications Current, active Texas LPN or RN license. Current BLS CPR card. Experience with G‑tube, trach, vent or willingness to train. Other Information Job Types: Full‑time, Part‑time, Per diem. Salary: $23.00‑$30.00 per hour. Physical Setting: Acute care. Shift Availability: Day, Night, Overnight.
