Opportunity:

Physical Therapist - Physical Therapy

Job Details:

• 4x10 shift schedule with every other Friday off; on weeks without Friday off, another day off will be provided during the week
• 40 guaranteed hours per week
• Rotate one Saturday every 6-8 weeks; the Saturday worked will be given a day off during the week
• No holiday rotation required
• No on-call or call-back requirements
• Primary location in Wausau with strong potential to assist in Antigo, Rhinelander, Rapids, Merrill, Stanley, and Medford
• Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility
• Mileage reimbursed at government approved rate
• Evaluate, treat, and plan patient care in accordance with Physical Therapy standards of practice
• Population served includes adult and geriatric patients with a variety of orthopedic, neurological, and functional mobility diagnoses
• Document to meet regulatory and reimbursement requirements
• Meet productivity expectations of an average of 4.5 visits per day
• Use laptop for point of service documentation, NetSmart EMR, and cell phone for GPS and communication
• Scrub colors: any or business casual
• Required certifications: BLS (AHA or ARC), Wisconsin state licensure, and NPI number required
• Required education: Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy; knowledge of Physical Therapy standards acquired through a minimum of a Master's Degree in Physical Therapy
• Minimum experience: Home health experience required with training working with adult and geriatric populations
• Travel experience required
