Commercial Loan Administrator II

Position Overview Commercial Loan Administrator II – full‑time, Broomfield or Greenwood Village, CO (Hybrid options available). Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 depending on experience, knowledge, skills, and location. Responsibilities Support multiple commercial bankers responsible for handling a high volume of moderate to complex loans and/or relationships. Complete pre‑close items for commercial loan requests including but not limited to gathering good standing certificates, entity documents, beneficial ownership information, pulling credit reports, ordering and reviewing UCC filings, ordering and reviewing title work, ordering appraisals and environmental reports, etc. Order loan documents in accordance with loan approval requirements. Review loan documentation to ensure accuracy. Provide appropriate and complete documentation at the time of closing. Verify the disbursement of loan funds for accuracy and timeliness. Assist in processing loan payments, advances, and other related items. Work with bankers for post‑loan closing items including maintenance of covenant ticklers as it pertains to collateral tracking and financial reporting requirements. Ensure loans are booked correctly in our core system, and loan documentation is saved in our credit filing system. Provide support and be a resource to other Commercial Loan Administrators. Serve as a notary. Qualifications 3+ years of commercial loan documentation or commercial loan support experience in a banking environment. Excellent analytical, decision‑making and effective problem‑solving skills. Proven ability to work productively and effectively without direct supervision. Demonstrated ability to manage and multi‑task in a high‑volume workflow with multiple priorities, interruptions and possible short‑term deadlines. Excellent organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with third‑party vendors, co‑workers, and customers. Working Conditions The physical demands of this position require the ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation. Employees may spend extended periods sitting or standing, using hands to operate computers or other equipment, and reaching for work‑related tasks. Regular walking may be required, along with occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, or climbing. The role may involve lifting or moving items weighing up to 10 pounds. Vision requirements include close and distance vision, color and peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
