Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting resident rooms, common areas, and facility surfaces
• Maintain cleanliness of bathrooms, kitchens, and laundry areas in accordance with health and safety standards
• Ensure proper disposal of waste and hazardous materials
• Restock cleaning supplies and ensure equipment is well-maintained
• Follow infection control protocols and safety procedures at all times
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management
• Assist with special cleaning projects as needed to support overall facility operations

Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or cleaning roles preferred
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, disinfectants, and safety procedures
• Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication skills and a respectful, caring attitude
• Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays if required
