Overview
Registered Nurse – Dialysis, Burlington, VT. Start date 06/29/2026 for an estimated 13–16 week travel assignment. Weekly pay: $2,499–$2,700 per week. Guaranteed hours: 0.0. Shift: 5x8 Days. This hospital-based outpatient dialysis assignment supports ESRD patient care and is managed by Healthforce Healthcare LLC.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to outpatient dialysis patients with end-stage renal disease
- Monitor vital signs, dialysis parameters, vascular access sites, anticoagulation, and ultrafiltration rates; respond to alarms and emergencies
- Administer prescribed medications and fluids; document care in EPIC EMR
- Collaborate with nephrology colleagues, dialysis technicians, and social work to coordinate patient care; float to St. Albans and Berlin as needed
- Maintain infection control, sterile technique, accurate charting, and patient education on treatment, fluid management, and lifestyle considerations
- Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout dialysis sessions; comply with scheduling requirements, including Saturday coverage when needed

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- AHA BLS certification
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
- Minimum 1 year of outpatient dialysis experience
- EPIC EMR experience within the past 2 years
- Flexible with shifts (8, 9, 10, or 12 hours) and capable of floating to other locations as needed
- Ability to work in an outpatient dialysis environment and care for ESRD patients
