We serve patients in internal medicine and psychiatry.

Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable, friendly, team-player, and detail-oriented Medical Assistant to join our clinical team. You will prep/clean exam rooms, greet patients, take vital signs, and assist our providers with daily clinical and administrative workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet patients and escort them to exam rooms.
• Measure and record vital signs, medical histories, and chief complaints.
• Perform EKG’s.
• Administer vaccines.
• Assist providers with minor office procedures and specimen collection.
• Manage our EMR documentation accurately and maintain clean exam rooms.
• Handle basic administrative tasks, phone calls, and prescription refills as assigned.

Qualifications

• Medical Assistant experience required
• EMR experience preferred
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Comfortable working as part of a team
• Dependable, organized, and compassionate
• Excellent customer service skills
• Basic medical terminology, strong/efficient computer/keyboarding skills
