Job Overview A law firm seeks a Litigation Attorney in Wayne, PA, to represent clients in complex litigation matters. The role involves advocating in state, municipal, and federal courts, managing cases through all litigation phases, and collaborating with clients and colleagues to achieve effective outcomes. Responsibilities Represent clients in municipal, state, and federal courts. Prepare and present oral arguments and exhibits. Manage case filings and oversee legal assistants. Handle discovery and all litigation phases for contested cases. Negotiate settlements and advise clients on legal rights. Draft and review legal documents and templates. Collaborate with colleagues on legal proceedings. Requirements Juris Doctorate degree. Admission to the Bar in relevant jurisdictions. Notary Public preferred. Experience as a law clerk or intern preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills. Proficiency with MS Office products. Ability to travel as needed.
