Description
Member Services roles at Regal Medical Group are fast-paced customer service and healthcare coordination positions. Representatives act as the primary liaison between members, providers, and health plans, handling inquiries regarding claims, referrals, and eligibility while ensuring an exceptional healthcare experience

Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, ideally within a healthcare plan, IPA, or medical group call center.Knowledge: Familiarity with HMO, CMS, and DMHC regulatory guidelines, as well as basic medical coding and claims terminology.Soft Skills: Pleasant telephone manner, strong written/verbal communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
