LuminaFit is seeking a warm, energetic, and experienced Yoga Instructor to join our growing team in Downtown Winder, GA. We are looking for someone who creates a welcoming and empowering class environment while providing safe, engaging, and accessible instruction for a variety of fitness levels.

Bilingual English/Spanish instructors are strongly preferred as we continue building an inclusive community for women throughout Winder and the surrounding areas.

Responsibilities:

• Lead engaging, professionally structured yoga classes
• Provide modifications and progressions for different experience and ability levels
• Demonstrate proper form, alignment, breathing, and movement techniques
• Create a positive, encouraging, and welcoming class atmosphere
• Arrive prepared and on time for scheduled classes
• Follow LuminaFit class, safety, opening/closing, and studio standards
• Build relationships with members and help create a strong sense of community
• Maintain current certifications and required professional documentation

Preferred Qualifications:

• Yoga instructor certification or relevant training
• Previous group-fitness or yoga teaching experience preferred
• CPR/AED certification preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Dependable, professional, energetic, and comfortable leading groups
• Fluent or conversational Spanish strongly preferred
• Availability for morning, evening, and/or weekend classes

This is a part-time independent-contractor instructor position with opportunities to grow as LuminaFit expands its schedule and community.
