Senior Manager, Supply Chain Production Planning

Edwards Lifesciences seeks a Senior Manager for Supply Chain Production Planning to lead a critical planning team at their Irvine manufacturing site. This role involves overseeing product delivery, optimizing planning processes, and driving continuous improvement across a rapidly growing medical device manufacturing network through cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned team responsible for planning and delivery of finished products to inventory
• Identify, validate, and implement process improvements in supply planning, capacity planning, and S&OP
• Lead execution of strategic initiatives and develop talent within the function
• Identify supply chain risks and develop mitigation strategies through cross-functional collaboration
• Drive continuous improvement culture based on lean, Six Sigma, and EPS principles

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with supply chain production planning experience in manufacturing or equivalent work history
• Demonstrated people management and team leadership track record
• Proven project management leadership skills
• On-site presence required at Irvine facility to lead teams and support operations
• Medical device industry experience preferred
• Proficiency with planning concepts including CRP, MRP, and production scheduling
• Strong Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems expertise (JDE, Advanced Planning Systems)

Compensation: $121,000-$171,000 base
