Technical Accounting Manager

Technical Accounting Leader
Our client is currently looking to bring on a Technical Accounting Leader!
Responsibilities include:
- Establish and manage internal audit process; serving as annual audit lead
- Prepare annual consolidated GAAP financial reports including a balance sheet, a statement of income, a statement of equity, a statement of cash flows, including notes to the financial statements.
- Research US GAAP guidance and provide technical accounting guidance.
- Create and manage technical accounting memos and white papers.
- Lead implementation of new accounting standards.
- Work cross-functionally with business functions to ensure timely identification of accounting and financial matters.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
- CPA license preferred but not required.
