CNC Lead

We have an outstanding Contract to Hire position for aCNC Leadto join a leading Company located in theGarland, TXsurrounding area.

Responsibilities :

• Lead a team of Second shift operators, welders, solder associates, and other manufacturing personnel

• Assist with production efforts

• Responsible for ensuring that projects are completed by the team

• Meet with the day shift leads to develop production plans

• Handle shop maintenance and cleanup as required

• Set up work for 1st shift on the following day

Basic Hiring Criteria :

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Minimum 3 years of previous experience on CNC Mill + Lathe

• Minimum 1 year of previous knowledge of machine maintenance & repair

• Minimum 1 year of previous experience planning production

• Minimum 1 year of previous experience with quality assurance and confirming parts conform to standards

• Minimum 1 year of previous experience in a supervisory or lead role
