This opportunity is with a well-established, physician-led healthcare organization providing high-quality orthopedic and musculoskeletal care in the Greater Houston area.
Position Summary \nThe organization is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon with a focus on joint conditions involving the knees, shoulders, and hips . This position involves a mix of outpatient clinic, surgical cases, and follow-up care, serving an active and diverse patient population.
\nThe ideal candidate will be comfortable managing both operative and non-operative joint conditions and interested in long-term practice growth within a supportive, high-volume setting.

Key Responsibilities \n- \n
- \n
Diagnose and treat orthopedic conditions related to the knee, shoulder, and hip
\n - \n
Perform joint-related surgical procedures, including arthroscopic and reconstructive surgeries
\n - \n
Manage pre-operative, operative, and post-operative patient care
\n - \n
Provide non-surgical treatment options when appropriate
\n - \n
Collaborate with physical therapists, advanced practice providers, and clinical staff
\n - \n
Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
\n - \n
Participate in quality improvement and patient outcome initiatives
\n

MD or DO from an accredited medical school
\n - \n
Completion of an accredited Orthopedic Surgery residency
\n - \n
Fellowship training in joints, sports medicine, or related subspecialty preferred
\n - \n
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
\n - \n
Eligible for Texas medical licensure
\n - \n
Strong clinical, communication, and patient-care skills
\n
