You support the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) by running great work shifts and meeting Taco Bell standards. Job Title: Restaurant Shift Manager Overview: As a Restaurant Shift Manager, you will oversee the operations during your designated shift, ensuring efficient and smooth functioning of the restaurant. You will lead a team of restaurant crew members, maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and customer service, and uphold company policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities: 1.
