Business Analyst with Generative AI Experience

We are seeking a motivated Business Analyst with a strong focus on Gen AI capabilities to join our dynamic team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives that leverage cutting-edge AI technologies to enhance ROI, scale impact, and optimize productivity across our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gen AI Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute Gen AI strategies that align with business goals and maximize ROI.
• Impact Assessment: Analyze the impact of Gen AI initiatives on various business metrics such as revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
• Productivity Optimization: Identify opportunities to leverage Gen AI capabilities to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
• Roadmap Planning: Contribute to the development of Gen AI roadmap, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives and market trends.
• Usability Enhancement: Work closely with UX/UI teams to improve the usability and user experience of Gen AI products and solutions.
• CRM Integration: Facilitate seamless integration of Gen AI solutions with existing CRM systems to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
• SOW Management: Manage Statements of Work (SOW) related to Gen AI projects, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and timelines.
• Use Case Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of use cases and engage stakeholders to prioritize use case development based on business needs and trends.
• Backlog Management: Maintain and prioritize backlog of Gen AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and resource availability.
• Pattern Recognition: Utilize data-driven insights and pattern recognition techniques to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in Gen AI capabilities.
• Trend Monitoring: Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape related to Gen AI technologies, providing strategic recommendations to stay ahead in the market.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on AI technologies and digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and project management tools.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically and develop innovative solutions to complex business challenges.
• Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) and familiarity with Agile methodologies are preferred.
