The Role:

You will handle a range of defense-side commercial litigation matters, including:

• Drafting pleadings, motions, briefs and discovery
• Conducting legal research and developing litigation strategy
• Taking and defending depositions
• Managing written discovery and document-heavy disputes
• Working directly with clients, opposing counsel and internal litigation teams
• Supporting trial preparation, hearings, mediations and complex case strategy

Compensation

• Up to $275,000, depending on experience, plus bonus eligibility and full benefits.

Must-Haves

• Active Washington Bar admission
• 2+ years of litigation experience preferred
• Strong commercial litigation, complex civil litigation, business litigation or defense-side litigation background
• Excellent writing, research and analytical skills
• Strong academics preferred
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Defense-side mindset and interest in sophisticated commercial disputes
