Job Title

Coordinate/collaborate with stakeholders regarding ICAM services, policy, development, and governance. Provide communications and change management strategies and develop communication and marketing materials to better engage stakeholders and promote ICAM tools and services. Participate in requirements gathering sessions and support driving projects to successful deployment. Conduct user training and create training materials to assist stakeholders in using ICAM services. Develop and execute implementation strategies and policies to meet Federal FICAM policies. Assist with the development of processes and procedures for managing and maintaining an enterprise ICAM solutions (e.g. development of Standard of Operating Procedures (SOPs) to manage artifacts and codes for Identity tool, user access, code migration)

Skills: Understanding of ICAM policies and tools Experience in stakeholder management Experience in communications strategy and implementation Experience in project management to drive priorities. Experience in customer relationship management and marketing of services.

Education Level: Bachelor Degree Required Must be an excellent communicator and writer Must be a US citizen All previous candidates are a no go Clearance Required: Public Trust Clearance required to start
