Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations. Manage food inventory, ensuring ingredients are used efficiently and minimizing waste. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service. Uphold the highest standards of hygiene and food handling practices. Address any dietary needs or special requests from guests with care and professionalism. Qualifications: Proven experience as a cook or relevant role in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures. Strong understanding of food safety regulations and best practices. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage time effectively. Flexibility to work day shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
