Civil Estimator - Bids, Takeoffs & Subcontractor Strategy

Christman Building Innovation Group, LLC

Christman Building Innovation Group, LLC seeks a qualified estimator to manage subcontractor bids, prepare proposal letters, and assist project managers with contract negotiations. A Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related field and three years of relevant experience are required. Proficiency in estimating software such as Planswift and WinEst is preferred.
